DRAFT A Tale of Two Hemispheres — How We Read

This section talks about a little brain science. The take-aways I want the reader to get is that 1) human brains were designed to process language verbally, 2) most people can adapt to processing language taken in visually, 3) people with dyslexia use both sides of their brains to process visual language.

Do these ideas come through clearly and simply? Or is the brain stuff too intimidating and confusing?

  1. Another insightful and helpful post. I really love the graphic element to describe how dyslexics process words.

    1. It is a relief that it is working out as well as it is. I have been very anxious that nobody would understand what I was trying to convey. Whew!
